Casablanca

Casablanca.(1942). Arguably one of Humphrey Bogart's greatest films. This has always been one of my favourite films - it does not age, it does not become blasé - it just goes on and on, no matter how many times I watch it. The above poster (Belgian) actually adorns my living room wall. Good against evil, love and betrayal, unlikely heroes, adventure; it has it all. Ingrid Bergman has stood the test of time, look at all these modern day so called beauties - they can't hold a candle to Ingrid, she has to be the most beautiful woman ever born. Nobody will ever match her...... |
