These 5 photographs above are of a young "blackbird" whose parents lived in my garden. This is the second year running, to my knowledge, that they have produced a white "blackbird". Unfortunately its chances of survival are slim as it will be picked upon as different. Indeed, after taking images of last years fledgling, we never saw it again. Nor have I seen this one since. I sent these, and last years, images to the RSPB where they were gratefully received. May 2003. |

Cats Nigel & Colin loved the snow and played in it for hours. Tess, our alsatian, had to be put down in late April 07, she had a stroke and could hardly walk. | |
